1) breakfast varieties to choose from and delicious. the staff keep on adding the food from time to time to fulfill the guests. 2) room, bathroom is clean and comfortable bed. but the sofas are no longer cushioned, AVANI should have reupholstery all the sofas including the ones at the lobby. 3) the local staffs are all welcoming and friendly. buggy service on time and efficient.

The second breakfast was better than the first day’s, tastes good, more variety and more quantity. Bedroom is very cozy, I like it! Very clean bathroom! I also like the designs of the room! There’s pool game to play and fire show to watch, I really enjoyed it.

Its a beautiful place to stay as it was near the beach.The room was spacious and all facilities in the room was great. English high tea set was awesome, breakfast was nice but perhaps to add in more varieties as the choices are quite limited. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful, and i would like to thanks en Syaiful that provide a great service as he willing to pick us up via shuttle from the bagan lalang beach to the hotel.

This is a unique resort and the staff are top class. Friendly, professional, and efficient. The food in the pay to dine restaurants is tasty. We especially liked the Chinese restaurant on site and Sook Chan is an exceptional host. The bread and butter pudding at breakfast time was a treat! Loved the peace and quiet. Appreciated the regular buggy service between accommodation, central hub and lobby.

Hospitality is top notch. I came with my mom who is using wheelchair and Avani has been pleasant from beginning. They have buggy fetch my mum from car and sent direct to our villa. Avani has decorated the room for my parent 48th anniversary and this meant so much to my mum, especially we just lost our dad few months ago. A bit hard to find place that could make person with special condition happy, but Avani manage to keep my mum happy entire time of her stay. The bed, bathroom were great and comfortable for her. The breakfast spread was amazing, eventhough the villa located a bit far from restaurant but buggy always available and convinient for my mum. Thanks.

mainly the staffs!! They're soooo good and really provided us the best comfort & hospitality 😄 They're all so helpful and nice. I brought my bf to let him experience this stay and I asked for complimentary cakes and they have it! 😄 The main highlight is that i did not request my room to be decorated but they did! It was such a beautiful welcome gift and surprise for my bf 😄 really appreciate the staffs' effort. Also their breakfast is great! I always anticipate their breakfast hehe
